No, as it says at the bottom of the image and in the tags, this poem was written by Neil Gaiman and is from his The Graveyard Book.

sorry but I do feel sad as liked it so much I wish you would have written it . where can I find this book. by the way do you like poems ? because your taste for poems is very good . That’ why I felt like asking. can you please tell me. where can I find a sight poems people can enjoy them for free . and tell me how they are. and also upload my songs . so people can enjoy them . and get good comments like you. thank you

Most bookshops with a decent English children’s section should have it. It’s not a rare book.
I’m not really a fan of writing or reading poetry myself.
